Look for the Ticket Table in the SJA Hallway Thank you again for your generous giving! The Voices of Faith used the new SJA van to travel to Cedar Bluff Senior Living Center on September 14 th . They sang 2 concerts - 1 for the general residents and 1 for the memory care unit residents. Everyone, including the choir, was richly blessed by wonderful anthems and sing-a-long hymns. We experienced God's awesome power when the residents suffering memory trouble sang every word of the classic hymns with us. We hope to provide this ministry again soon! SJA is supporting Give Ye Them to Eat.According to the GYTTE website: GYTTE was founded in 1977 as a social outreach project of the Methodist Church of Mexico to combat hunger and poverty in the rural sector. It was a moving time to visit several of the projects and see SJA people working together as Christs body, and then to share the completion of the tasks with each other and those who we had assisted. Were in awe of the prospects of the effects that SJA can have on our community for we are a church with very big hearts; and were looking forward for more opportunities to spread our love.
