LIDAR – LIght Detection And Ranging
Main usage at atmospheric and meteorological
applications as well as Ranging meters, low
observable obstacles etc.
LADAR – LAser Detection And Ranging
Main usage at bottom – slant terrain masking
Main difference between LIDAR and LADAR is
in USAGE of the Laser application.
