General Assembly Meet-ing for Homeowners from Phase I and Phase II was successfully held on Janu-ary 10th, 2015.
ALP, Administradora Las Palomas de Peñasco, A.C. and CRM, Cadden Ramirez Management thank all Homeowners who were able to join us and submitted their vote for approval or rejection on several items presented during each meeting. For those who didn't attend we would like to inform you of the resolutions adopted during these meetings.

Contract for this service is expected to be signed on
February and on that same month Las Palomas
will receive HD equipment.
We remind you that HD signal will be available for each unit in Las Palomas, however, you must have HD TV in your condo for getting High definition

As of January 1st, 2015, Resort Fee rates for long term rentals (over 30 days) have changed.
New Resort Fees are now a fixed amount that vary accordingly to number of bedrooms in unit.
Resort Fee applies for all Long term rentals (RP and NR) and it shall be paid on a monthly basis as follows:
1 bdrm $45 dollars
2 bdrm $64 dollars
3 bdrm $79 dollars
For your convenience, you have several payment options:

Following Las Palomas Rules and regulations and with the intention of keeping a good visual i m a g e i n t h e development, HOA department along with Security have checked all basements and parking spaces.
It has come to our at-tention that we have sev-eral vehicles parked in different areas and they are not properly identified.
This is why we’re reaching out to you to help us find out who
these vehicles belongs to. If you own one of the following, please contact us at your earlier convenience at 011 (52) 638-1008.

One of IT department priorities is to upgrade internet service.
Gradually, we have been able to increase megas received. In 2013 we received about 3 megas, during 2014 we managed to receive 10 megas.
In an effort to receive even more during 2015 we have:

GUT (Universal Telmex Cabinet) for its initials on Spanish, that will allow us to receive Internet service via optical fiber, instead of cooper lines, as it is now.
Optical fiber has been installed from Puerto Peñasco to Las Palomas, for being
able to receive service when Telmex reinitiate optical fiber project.
Telmex stopped optical fiber project because of amendments to tele-communications law, and it’s expected to restart in 2015. Once project is reinitiated Las Palomas will be receiving an aver-age of 15 megas continuously.
