All Glassware Made in the U.S.A.Ace has been fabricating both lab scale and process scale glass for 75 years in our Vineland, NJ plant. All glass components in this catalog, for large scale industrial size rotary evaporators, are made from 33 expansion, borosilicate glass. All components are made to Ace’s exacting standards and tested to insure they fit into your rotary evaporator, and for easy change over. We have improved many of the parts based on user recommendations, and have replaced hard-to-find components, such as GL and SVL threads, with Ace-Threds and Ace PTFE valve assemblies. This brochure outlines most of the components used on the 20 liter size rotary evaporators, including all types of receiving and evaporation flasks. Ace also fabricates products for this application that can meet your special requirements and special sizes.

Breakage or LossIn case of Breakage:

delivered and upon confirmation that the carrier cannot locate shipment.

All breakages and shortages must be reported within two weeks of receipt.

Returns and RepairsIncoming material (returns or repairs) must be pre-approved by our Product Return Specialist. Please follow these steps to ensure our Receiving Department does not refuse your shipment.

3. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for authorized returns unless arranged otherwise. ACE cannot accept responsibility for damage or destruction of glassware that occurs in your shipment to us. We strongly advise you to purchase additional insurance with your carrier.

4. For returns that are the result of your receiving the item(s) broken, ACE cannot accept responsibility for further damage or destruction of glassware that occurs in the return shipment due to improper packing.

5. Repairs will be evaluated by our technicians. You will be advised if any pieces are beyond repair or cannot be salvaged economically. ACE cannot accept responsibility for further damage or destruction of any glassware that is damaged during return shipment.

3965 CONDENSERS/COOLERS Replacement borosilicate glass components for Buchi® R220, R220EX, and R220SE rotary evaporators. The condensers and coolers are available in either poly-coated or plain, non-coated versions. All condensers fit easily into the glass sets listed below. Ace also offers a non-jacketed version of the 3965-32 lower condensate cooler. Inner ball joints include CAPFE (PTFE-encapsulated silicone rubber) o-rings. 6702 FLASKS Evaporation, Large Scale These large sized evaporation flasks are fabricated from heavy wall flask blanks selected for balance and quality. Necks are carefully fabricated to prevent “rotational whip”. Flasks are now available in clear plain glass, poly-coated, or amberized. Amber coated flask can protect light sensitive contents. The XL size flange (see table) is compatible with the 150mm, and is standard for Buchi® Model R220 rotary evaporators.
