Infertility is becoming a major reproductive health problem of this decade.

Incidence has increased from 10% to 40%. In present study 2000 patients of primary

and secondary infertility have undergone “Operative Laparo-Hyster0scopic Surgery”.

In our study we had pregnancy in 890 patients in 44.50% of patients were pregnant after surgery following OI/IUI or other modalities of treatment.

ConclusionWe confidently say all INFERTILE PATIENTS

not responding to medical treatment should have operative Laparo- Hystroscopy Surgery by infertility consultant to enhance pregnancy rate before thinking of IVF by just seeing blocked HSG.
