• The substance appear in the skin as a photosensitizer,when sunlight fall in the skin it react,specially muzzle soft skin.

• Toxicity Manifested in Three phase;• GASTRIC PHASE:release and absorption
of toxin in the G.I.tract.• HEPATIC PHASE:resulting cholestasis,hy-
perphylloerythrinaemia.• TISSUE PHASE :cell injury result from the
accumulation of bilirubin & phylloerythrin.
Clinical Sign
• Little or no production of urine.
• Swelling of belly with fluid.
• Wet kidney filled with fluid.
• Large and pale kidney.• Change in Shape.
• Weight loss.• Yellow discoloration of
membrane.• Swelling of the belly
with fluid.• Fluid in the chest and
abdominal cavity.• Hard,pale & swollen
liver and gall bladder.

complex,Vit.A & C. very useful.
