Residential & Commercial
Blair Atholl Golf Estate is situated on
Gary Player’s original farm, just a short distance
from Johannesburg. At a residential home in 2015,
we installed soft landscaping, paved walkways,
paved driveway, floating plinths, and automated
irrigation. We also completed the installation of
a boma area and placement of large boulders.

Blair Atholl House
RES I DENT I AL
Nasrec Memorial Park offers families an
environment to lay their loved ones to rest that is
well-maintained, fully landscaped, and peaceful.
In 2016, FSG was appointed for the hard and
soft landscaping of the memorial park, including
the installation of two large dams and streams
interlinking throughout the property, walking
bridges, a memorial circle, an automated irrigation
system, and potted planting.

Nasrec Memorial Park

Trinityhouse Little Falls is a private school in
Roodepoort that caters to children from pre-
primary to high school. FSG completed the
landscaping on the school grounds in 2016.
This also included an automated irrigation
system for the school’s ground and sportsfields,
construction of the sports fields, hydroseeding to
the rehabilitated area, harvesting and replanting
of existing plants, and a borehole pump.
Trinity Little Falls

Blue Valley Golf Estate is over 300 hectares in size,
and the theme of the estate is indigenous savannah
gardens. In 2017, FSG completed the installation
of soft and hard-scaping, ornamental cladding, and
repairs and upgrades of the existing water features.

Maropeng is the official visitors’ centre for the
Cradle of Humankind. The Cradle of Humankind
is one of ten World Heritage Sites in South Africa
- the only one in Gauteng. FSG was honoured to
complete work in 2017 at the place believed to be
the birthplace of humankind. We were responsible
for soft landscaping, automated irrigation, exposed
aggregate concrete, concrete pathways, granite
stone ring, outdoor furniture, and sculptures.

Cradle of Humankind
We completed this project at La Rosa Mexican Grille
in Honeydew in 2018. The theme was Mexican-
style, following water-wise practices. We also
completed the construction of the smoking area,
installed the concrete benches, flower boxes, and
custom-made steel trellis.

In 2019, we installed a custom-designed boma area,
Xeriscaping, automated irrigation system, and steel
flower boxes. We also upgraded the swimming pool
for this residential home.
Eagle Canyon Golf Estate

FSG completed the Witpoortjie Park in 2018.
We custom-made playground equipment, outdoor
furniture, and installed soft landscaping including
trees and lawn, rubber matting, and kids play area
with sand-pits, and the braai facilities.

Ferndale on Republic
In 2019 we were appointed to work on the Ferndale
on Republic, previously known as Brightwater
Commons, project. We were responsible for the
installation of the parking lot landscaping and trees,
automated irrigation system, perimeter landscaping,
landscaping at the entrance, outdoor furniture, and
interior potted planting.

We completed work at Rosebank Park, Sturdee Ave,
in Johannesburg in 2019. We were responsible for the
installation of automated irrigation, soft landscaping,
outdoor furniture, paved walkways, and the removal
of invasive trees.

Trinity Glenvista
Trinityhouse Glenvista is an independent school
and opened its doors to pupils in Johannesburg
South in January 2020. In 2019, we installed all
the school ground landscaping, a turf valve
irrigation system including tanks and a booster
pump, and completed the construction of
sports fields. There was also an area that needed
hydroseeding for rehabilitation, and we harvested
existing plants for replanting.

FSG completed this residential site in 2019,
following water-wise principles. We used water-
wise plants for the garden, and used the gravel and
paving we installed to construct a pathway.

Eagle Canyon Golf Estate
Sam Ntuli Mall is situated in the centre of Katlehong,
South of Alberton. In 2020, we were responsible for
the installation of parking lot landscaping and trees,
automated irrigation, water-wise perimeter landscaping,
landscaping at the entrance, Piazza rubberised play
area, a play water feature, chessboard, benches,
paving, and interior potted planting.

We completed 3 landscape construction projects at
the Pinnacle Colleges.
Pinnacle College Linden - completed Nov 2019
Sportsfield construction, soft landscaping, water
storage tanks, and pumps for watering the sportsfield,
and irrigation turf valve system.

Onderstepoort Refurbishment
In Jan 2021, FSG completed the Onderstepoort
Refurbishment. This included all the soft and
hardscaping; paving, seating walls, concrete foundation
for tanks, rubberising and installation of outdoor gym
equipment, soft landscaping, fully automated irrigation
system, and rain-water harvesting.

Greenroots is situated on John Vorster Road,
Roodepoort. The entire property is covered in lush
trees and is occupied by a coffee shop, Second Cup,
and a variety of arts and crafts tenants. FSG completed
all the soft and hardscaping, and irrigation on site,
including water features, paving, cladding, and coping.
