Smaller groups should be established concentrating on the specific Regeneration Areas, Tottenham Hale, Tottenham High Road etc. For Tottenham Hale this might be the new Green Infrastructure Group. These can then deal with the more specific issues and challenges in the immediate area. These individual groups can then come together perhaps quarterly and a spokesperson can update the wider landowners group. From this a Quarterly Newsletter could be produced and circulated more widely as an update and also Marketing tool. While the group is useful in finding out what is happening generally in the area, perhaps smaller groups focussed on key areas such as Tottenham Green, the new football stadium and Hale Wharf would be more effective. The sessions tend to be information sessions from the public sector and miss the opportunity to engage in collective problem solving on key issues.Being advised what is happening is useful but we need to look at a more active role to aid overall regeneration. I am still waiting to hear what the council is doing on the basics inc keeping the streets clean, safe and enhancing the community spirit. There is a need to link with regeneration of the area.

What do you find useful about the meetings?

Page 8: Landowners and Major Businesses Group – next steps Survey summary results

Smaller delivery groups, with a representative from each of these areas being a representative on a wider landowners meeting. Information will then need to be distributed from this wider group. Reduce then the frequency of the wider group to quarterly but with bi monthly smaller focused groups on deliveryVery effective in the way the meeting is chaired. Well attended and enables information sharing and buy-in of proposals. Key themes and smaller working groups would also be usefulThe group could on occasions be used more effectively to find solutions to problems using a cause and affect analysis model. How do you deliver 5000 houses and 4000 jobs at Tottenham Hale? Being more focused on how we can help Tottenham and the LA can help us

Make it smaller and area focused

Suggestions to improve the Group:

Summary

• Overall, Group seen as effective, support for Group to continue and meet bi-monthly

• Support for establishing smaller groups to focus on themes and/or smaller geographic areas– suggestion that these meet bi-monthly with full Group meeting quarterly

• Group could be widened to include TTP, CoC representatives

• Information sharing and networking role valued, request for Group to focus on problem-sharing and wider regeneration aspects
