    Pre-Application ResponseThe full pre-application response from London Borough of Hounslow is available on the dataroom. In summary:

    - The Council are supportive of redevelopment of Laurence Road and agree that the site provides a unique opportunity to create a focal building, marking an entry to the High Street.

    - Regarding the unit mix for Laurence Road, the Council have confirmed following the written response that it is likely they would accept an offer that did not include 4 bed units and that 3B4P units would be deemed acceptable for families with young children. Justification regarding why it would not be appropriate or feasible to provide the larger units would need to be provided.

    - The Council do not support the redevelopment of Prince Regent Road due to the loss of green space. The site forms an area of landscaping which was approved as part of the wider masterplan redevelopment of the area, under permission reference 00616/F/P5.
