LocationLand at Cotton Lane is located in a semi-rural position in the village of Stone, north west Kent. Stone is 23 miles to the east of London, 5 miles to the west of Gravesend and 2.5 miles to the east of Dartford.

Planning• Local Plan policies are the basis for decision making on

Feedback received indicated that the two detached house scheme would not be viewed positively by the Council at the application stage, whilst a proposed scheme of 3 terraced houses could potentially be acceptable if all design, parking and other relevant criteria were met.

• We would also like to highlight that the Property is not Green Belt and has no designations. The Property is also adjacent to designated Borough Open Space.
