BRIEF HISTORY AND BACKGROUND:

Atlantic Ultraviolet Corporation® started manufacturing UV equipment back in 1963. Eventually, efforts were expanded to include manufacture of germicidal ultraviolet lamps (under the trademark name STER-L-RAY ®) and fabrication of quartz sleeves (under the trademark name CRYSTAL CLEAR™) that were designed specifically for and utilized in each of our models. After some time, there was much interest from customers who needed a quality UV lamp manufacturer that could supply a broader range of germicidal ultraviolet (UV-C) lamps, as well as quartz sleeves, to service their needs as well as the market. In addition, there was an increased demand for supply of equivalent replacement UV lamps and quartz sleeves for existing UV equipment made by other manufacturers; some of which had gone out of business and left customers stranded without a source for annual lamp or quartz sleeve replacement. So, over the years, Atlantic Ultraviolet Corporation® has expanded the manufacturing of STER-L-RAY ® germicidal lamps and CRYSTAL CLEAR™ Quartz sleeves and currently offers a wide range of equivalent replacement lamps and quartz sleeves for just about every make and model of germicidal ultraviolet equipment on the market.

Atlantic Ultraviolet Corporation® also welcomes OEM customers to utilize our products (STER-L-RAY ® Lamps, CRYSTAL CLEAR™ Quartz Sleeves, Steadfast™ Lampholders & Wiring Devices, Surelite™ Electronic Ballasts and if needed, ArmorLite™ Ultraviolet Lamp Safety Shield) for their own equipment design.
