August 27th - September 3rd - weekends only: Saturday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PMSunday: Noon to 8:00 PM Labor Day September 3rd: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM To gain access to the pool you will need to have your access card from last year and a zero balance on your assessment account. If you have a balance or, if you are delinquent with your assessment, your access card will be deactivated. A mailing will be sent to each homeowner prior to the pool opening. Additional information is also available on the website. Any additional questions may be directed to Preferred Management Services at 281-897-8808.
FenCes - BCMThe Board of Directors would like to remind all homeowners that it is your responsibility to check perimeter fences in your yard. The Association is only responsible for a handful of fences as stated in the deed restrictions. If your lot is not one that is listed then you must maintain the fence. Any repairs or replacement of a perimeter fence must be made exactly as the fence is now. No alterations and no staining. If you have any questions please call Preferred Management Services at 281-897-8808.
Trash ConTainers - BCMThe Board of Directors would like to remind all homeowners that trash containers are to be placed out of street view (behind a fence or in the garage) after 8 PM on trash pick up days and remain out of street view at all times.
shoPPing CarTs - BCMIf you are removing a shopping cart from a stores property you are stealing. Several carts are found in the community each week and not returned to the store. This is not only theft but also detracts from the look of the community. Please do not bring shopping carts into the neighborhood and leave them.

CRAZY DAYS OF 5TH GRADEWritten by Melissa M. Williams
an Iggy the Iguana Book
Crazy Days of 5th Grade is the 3rd book in the Iggy the Iguana chapter book series for children which focuses on themes of the upper elementary classroom, including making new friends, positive changes in learning styles and respect for others. When Iggy’s new teacher, Mr. Gruff the goat, continues to eat his homework, he realizes his old ways of studying are over. It will take the mind of a creative genius and a lot of make-believe to revitalize Iggy’s concentration in class. What started off as a lonely, boring school year missing his best friend Snap Shell the turtle, turns into a suspenseful ride that includes a strange encounter with a crab and an unexpected trip to the hospital. With the help of his friends and his little sister’s stuffed animals, Iggy discovers a hidden talent proving what he once considered a problem was really a gift in disguise.
