OUR HISTORY

• 1919 - was founded by Frank L. LaMotte in Baltimore, Maryland

• 1956 - moved to Chestertown, Maryland

• 1979 - LaMotte family sold the Company to 8 employees

• 1983 - The 8 managing owners sold the company to the Arthur H. Thomas Company, a privately held, international distributor of laboratory supplies, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

• Today - Wholly owned subsidiary of A.H. Thomas, now located in Swedesboro, New Jersey
