Lake City Marina Lake City, Minnesota Designed for the City of Lake City, the Marina expansion in- cluded almost 7,500SF of new construction and 3,900 of reno- vated space. Construction to- talled 2.4 million dollars and was completed in Spring 2007. Lake City Marina is home to 635 boat slips and it’s adminis- tration building houses showers and restroom facilities, vending, social areas, and services to its customers and visitors to Lake City. Due to inclement weather and high traffic volume in the wet months of april and octo- ber, durable porcelain tile was used in many areas. High-impact Trespa panels in a wood pattern were used to face the reception desk designed to take the abuse of boaters and their equipment. The custom reception desk also houses an advanced security station that oversees the entire marina.

• Steelcase furniture was speci-fied throughout the building.This large meeting space wasprovided formarina board andcity council members to meetmonthly.Theopenspaceallowsfortheflexibilitytochangethefunctionorarrangementof theroomasneeded.Asmallsittingarea to the left,outofviewbytheelevator,allowsthisspacetoactasawaitingareaaswell.
