• Lake City Marina is home to

635boat slips and it’s adminis-trationbuildinghousesshowersandrestroomfacilities,vending,social areas, and services to itscustomers and visitors to LakeCity.Duetoinclementweatherand high traffic volume in thewet months of april and octo-ber, durable porcelain tile wasusedinmanyareas.

• High-impactTrespa panels in awoodpatternwereusedtofacethe reception desk designed totake the abuse of boaters andtheir equipment. The customreception desk also houses anadvanced security station thatoverseestheentiremarina.

• Thedirectorsofficehasthesamesoothinggreencolorastherestofthebuildingwithaclosetforafullrainsuitandboots.Thereisasmallbalconyandafullwin-dowthatallowaviewover90%oftheMarinaproperty.

• Steelcase furniture was speci-fied throughout the building.This large meeting space wasprovided formarina board andcity council members to meetmonthly.Theopenspaceallowsfortheflexibilitytochangethefunctionorarrangementof theroomasneeded.Asmallsittingarea to the left,outofviewbytheelevator,allowsthisspacetoactasawaitingareaaswell.
