Good luck to Richard Doss and Crew! They will be competing in the Harvest Moon Regatta the weekend of October 24th.
The Fall Social is scheduled for October 24th. There is more information in the newsletter.
Entergy completed installing the upgrades to the lighting on the grounds. Thanks to Guy Richards for coordinating with Entergy.
The Security System at the clubhouse is active and working at the club. The cameras
will be able to monitor activity at the clubhouse and grounds.
We are looking at painting the bathroom floors, kitchen floor, and behind the bar.
Nomination committee is beginning to solicit interest in those members interested in a 2016 LCYC Board Position. If you are interested in supporting the club as a board member, contact any of the current board members to let them know you are interested.
If you have thoughts on Christmas Social contact Stephen Harris.
We are looking to get the “big” boats out for the Winter Series races. Hope to see
you out.
In order to save on accounting fee’s, the quarterly billing will be sent out via e-mail. If this is an issue contact a board member.
The board members phone numbers are listed by the LCYC phone at the club house.
Board Meetings are normally at the Club House on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at
5:30pm

If you took it out (boats, gear, sails, silverware, whatever), put it back.
Pick up your trash and dispose of it in the garbage cans or the dumpster. For extra credit, you can
pick up someone else’s trash they left out
If something on a club boat breaks, report it to a member of the Board or Ship to Shore so that
repairs can be made
