at Front Office/Desk. For special credit arrangement, please contact the Front Office

on duty.

AIRLINE RECONFIRMATION/RESERVATIONPlease contact Front Desk or the Concierge for assistance.

AIRPORT TRANSFERLaguna Hotel offers airport transfer for the convenience of our guests. Please contact

Front Desk or the Concierge for further assistance at least 4 hours prior to the flight

departure time.

BABY SITTINGFor bookings please contact Front Desk allowing a minimum of four hours advance

notice. Fee of K50.00 for the first hour and K25.00 every hour there after and a minimum

of 2 hours per child is required.

CAR PARKINGCar park facilities are complimentary for Laguna Hotel guests. Guests are urged to use this

at their own discretion. Please do not leave valuables or personal belongings in the vehicle.

Laguna Hotel would like to remind guests using this facility that the Hotel accepts no

responsibility for Theft or Damage of items left inside the vehicle.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT POLICYCheck in time is from 2.00pm and check out is at 11.00am. For late check out charges are:

• From 12pm - 3pm: 30% of the room rate

• From 3pm - 6pm: 50% of the room rate

• 6pm onwards: 100% of the room rate.

COMPENDIUMSFor the convenience of all in house guests these compendiums are not to be taken out of

the room at anytime. Safe lock is inside the rooms.

DRESS CODEThe Laguna Hotel has a casual dress code. However certain areas, like the restaurant

require guests to wear smart casual.

EARLY CHECK OUTThe hotel will charge one night fee on an early check out if notified within 48 hours prior

to departure.

EMAIL/INTERNET ACCESSA computer with internet access and printer is available form 10.00am to 2.00pm. Please

enquire with the concierge or Front Desk for rates and availability.

FACSIMILE SERVICEAvailable 24 hours a day at Front Desk. Forms are available in the left hand pocket of this

folder or at Front Desk. Incoming faxes will be delivered to your room within 30 minutes

of receipt.

FLOWER ARRANGEMENTSLaguna Hotel is pleased to offer flower arrangement services. Please contact the Front

Desk or Concierge for more information.

GRATUITIESLaguna Hotel is proud of our Staff and the excellent service they provide, we leave to the

guests discretion should they choose to reward exceptional service provided by a staff

member.

by 10.00am will be delivered on the same day to your room, while items received after

noon will be delivered the following day.

POOL TOWELPool towels are available at the poolside. Please ensure that Pool Towels are returned to

the poolside by 6.00pm daily or a fee of K25.00 will be charged for any lost towels.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICEShuttle bus service operates daily for airport transfers.

TAXLocal government taxes are 10% (10% GST).

WAKE UP CALLS Please request the wake up call from the Front Desk.

WEDDINGS & RENEWAL OF VOWSPlease contact our Sales & Marketing Department during our normal business hours from

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

POOLSThere is one swimming pool, which is located directly in front of the guest rooms.

Opening hours of pool are between 7.00am – 7.00pm daily. As a courtesy to all in house

guests, please keep noise to a minimum. The children’s pool is located directly beside the

pool and is perfect for children. Swimming is at your own risk as there is NO lifeguard on

duty. Pool bar operates from 10.00am – 6.30pm

RESTAURANT RESERVATIONSFor restaurant bookings, please contact our Concierge or Front Desk as a reservation is

required for dinners.

ROOM KEY CARDShould you lose your card, please advise Front Desk immediately. Additional cards can be

supplied for your convenience. Unreturned card or lost card will be charged at K20.00 each.

ROOM SAFEIn-room safes are provided for your convenience. Guests are advised to store all valuables

and cash in your room safe. Laguna Hotel accepts no responsibility for theft or loss of

items stored in the safe.

Terms & ConditionsHOTEL ROOM GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LAGUNA HOTEL is a non-smoking hotel and chewing betel nut is prohibited in our premises. We request that our guests keep this in mind and smoke only on our coffee

house terraces and room balconies. If the hotel management or staff find guests

chewing betel nuts or having possession the hotel management have the lawful rights to

confiscate the said betel nuts.

Normal check-in time is 2pm and GUESTS are welcome to move into the room as soon as

they arrive, provided the availability of the room. Luggage will be taken care of until guest

is ready to check in. If you wish to arrive early, please do advise us in advance in order to

pre-book room. Also, do let us know if you will be arriving after 6pm.

Our normal departure time is at 11am. If you wish to stay longer, please do advise our front

desk/reception. Charges are applicable.

Please be informed that if the hotel management were to find more than 2 adults

unregistered in a room the hotel management have the right to charge as per person

accordingly. Refer below for the charges:

• Per adult: PGK 150 + gst with 1 extra bed

• Per child: (above 12 years) PGK 75 + gst
