Laguna Hills is a private, gated, green, residential community with justover 200 lots in the subdivision. It is nestled between the Fundadores section of Puerto Los Cabos to the South and the future “Punta Gor-da project” to be built by Questro and Dine to the North.
I have 3 adjoining lots at the top of the ridge. This allows for unob-structed water and mountain views from the front of the propertyall the way around to the back. The total area of the 3 lots is just over 1 acre giving 43 meters of frontage facing Punta Gorda and 56 meters of frontage facing Palmilla. The property also experiences the sunrise, sunset and moonrise all out of or into the Sea of Cortez.
The walk to the beach is about 300 meters. Laguna Hills has 24 hr gated security, garbage pickup, a home owners association with pro-tective building CC&R’s and an architectural board to enforce them. The homeowners association has voted on and paid for an indepen-dent company to come in and do the study for infrastructure. This work was then given to construction companies to bid. The quote was for cement roads and sidewalks as well as underground power, water and phone. I have put a copy of this bid with the appraisals.
The paved portion of the East Cape Highway presently ends at the en-trance to Laguna Hills. The distance to Puerto Los Cabos is 5.5 miles. Tthe distance to San Jose is just over 7 miles and the ride to the airport is about 18 or so.
