Welcome to our December newsletter from theLabotek Group. In this issue we are pleased to pre-sent our new COO Anders Würtz, MortenIngemann Thaysen our new DevelopmentEngineer, a new Labotek distributor and a newvacuum valve.

Christmas/New Years holidays Labotek A/S will be closed for the Christmas & New Years break fromthe 23th of December 2015. We resume business on Monday the 4thof January 2016.

At day 1 the focus was on Labotekproducts and equipment.
Product improvements, devel-opments, range & composition - and how we continuously canwork to improve our customersproduction efficiency and reduceenergy consumption.
At day 2, presentations weremade of each company, dealingwith market information, challen-ges, opportunities and applica-tions.
Despite different markets andcountries, there were more com-mon challenges and issues.

Anders is Process Engineer andhave a Bachelor in business admi-nistration, in addition to miscella-neous courses in plastics. He has
experience within the automobileindustry, including the TS16940quality system, and have workedextensively with Project Manage-ment, Process Engineering andLEAN Manufacturing. In highlyesteemed companies such asFLSmidth, Haldor Topsoe A/S andBodycote.

In order to strengthen our Devel-opment- & Project Department, weare pleased to announce, thatMorten Ingemann Thaysen hasjoined us as Project- & Develop-ment Engineer.
Morten Thaysen is educated asProduction Technologist atCopenhagen School of Designand Technology.
Morten comes from a position asGroup Leader and Operator atHeléns Rør A/S. Besides playing
guitar he has literally, many cardsto play and have worked with con-cept development, 3D / CADmodelling, quality assurance andpretotyping.
Morten joined Labotek A/S July2015.

LABOTEK AT FAKUMA 2015The Labotek team can look backat another record breakingFakuma 2015, whom by far ex-ceeded the expectations in termsof new projects and actual orderssecured during the event.
The Labotek exhibits were focu-sing on the "United Unique" prin-ciple, where the Labotek GraviDryer® system combined withExternal Heat Recovery (EHR)and the versatile Labo-Net con-trol system, were the trio whomcombines obvious technologiesfor the energy- and quality mana-
