The CHATILLON DFX Series is an economical digital force gauge ideal for applica-tions where users are interested in basic peak force measurement. The DFX is available in four capacities (10lbf, 50 lbf, 100 lbf, 200 lbf) and features an integral loadcell with a measurement accuracy of better than 0.5% full scale. The DFX Series operates using two (2) 9Vdc alkaline batteries or using the standard battery eliminator.

DMM provides a wide range of services performed in a sensitive, environmentally controlled laboratory using updated equipment.

Through practice, 25 years of experience, and automated equipment and comparators, DMM is able to provide clients with calibration of various instruments using manufacturer's specification and ISO standards as reference. Due to the competency requirements of ISO 17025:2005, uncertainty of measurements can be demonstrated and calculated with ease (ref: GUM). Statistical analysis and reproducibility of measurements make this possible. Turnaround is 5 days or better on most calibrations!

3rd party inspection is the latest addition in DMM's capability to provide 360 degrees of service. We can check your parts and certify your fixtures up to 16 inch x 20 inch x 14 inch long.

We carry Coordinate Measuring Machine made by Helmel to do these inspections. Our inspectors were factory trained to perform these measure-ments. For contact less measurement on critical features we use Shimana Video Measuring Machine and Optical Comparators.

We also have in our lab a complete range of Calipers, Micrometers and Height Gauges to do simple measurements on your parts. Other parameters that we can check on a part are Surface Roughness & Rockwell Hardness of Materials.

These on-site calibrations are especially useful for online measurements and process control. We have well experienced technicians and sophisticated equipment to calibrate your instrument right at your facility.

DMM uses the highest quality components available along with NIST standards and traceable instruments to verify your equipment’s operation and calibration. All equipment calibrations include certificates and data sheets for proper documentation requirements.
