MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED YEARS

Fernández y Canivell patented his

revolutionary formula called

“Ceregumil” more than one century ago.

The creator of this famous tonic was the

pharmacist Bernabé Fernández. He was

born in 1878 in Granada.

MANUFACTURING PLANT


In 2009 the company invested seven million euros in a new

manufacturing plant located in Technological Park of Andalucía

(Málaga).


QUALITY & MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

� Natural dyes and additives (caramel,

honey, etc.) are poured into the mix via a

piping system linking with the previous

chamber. 4 agitation systems of 4,000L

each keep the solution uniform during

this step.

� In conditioning room number 1, the

liquid is bottled then encapsulated.

� The preparation macerates in 1

of 12 storage tank.

� Each 4,000L tank correspond to

a different maceration process.

constituted by professionals with a wide experience in formulation.

In this departement, a constant investigation is carried out for the

development of new products and optimization of the industrial

processes

Liquid products are developed in our laboratory.

The last products launched to the market are:

Ceregumil ECHINACIA+ PROPOLIS and LIQUID IRON.


PROJETS INVESTIGATION

Our company collaborates with the department of cellular biology, genetic and physiology of the University of Málaga in different projets of investigation.

The result of this collaboration has been the development of different studies:

‐ Study of the effects of Ceregumil Vitamix on rodents.‐ Study of effects of Mente Activa on different parameters

of aging in rats.
