slower DL Forces ILB’s to avoid

OL Puts DT in no win

situation with QB & FB

10 Midline (OL) The DT to the right will be the

option man The C will work his way to the Left

ILB Driving him out The play side G will RIP

UNDERNEATH the DT and work his way to the Right ILB and drive him out

The T and G opposite play side will scoop block the men head up to them

The play side T will drive the DE out for 3 seconds

When executed the lane for the FB and QB open right up

10 Midline (with Backs) 1st DL play side will be

unblocked RB will go in motion On snap QB will side step &

open (hop) then ride the FB The FB will run straight at the

C butt as fast as he can QB will pull hands & carry

out fake Through 4 hole The RB will continue his

motion up field with the QB

12 Triple (OL) The DE to the play side will be

the option man The P.S. T will work his way to

the Right ILB Driving him in The play side G will Indy block

the DT trying to take him in The C will work his way to the

Left ILB Driving him out The T and G opposite play

side will scoop block the men head up to them

When executed the lane for the FB and QB open right up

12 Triple (with Backs) 1st DE play side will be

unblocked RB will go in motion On snap QB will side step to

the play & open (HOP) then ride the FB

The FB will run straight at the G butt as fast as he can

QB will pull hands & carry out fake Through 6 hole

The RB will continue his motion up field with the QB

38 Flip (OL)

Each lineman will reach block to the play side (right)

If he is covered he will Reach Block the man head up on him

If uncovered he will reach the gap play side

He will check play side gap 1st then look backside

38 Flip (with Backs) Get wide and get there fast!! The RB will go in motion On the snap of the ball the QB will

side step to the play The QB will pivot to the motion

and toss the RB the ball While running full speed the RB

will catch the ball He will then take the ball wide up

the sideline reading WR’s and HB’s block for an opening

Once he sees an opening he’ll burst through it and get back outside

14 Belly (OL)

Each Offensive Linemen will Indy block

If a Linemen is uncovered he will work his way to the 2nd level (looking for LB’s)

Each Linemen should drive defender away from the play

When executed the lane for the FB opens right up

14 Belly (with Backs) The RB will go in motion On the snap of the ball The

QB and RB will run the play as if they were running Flip

The HB will Wham block on the ILB

The FB will take a side step to the play to get into position

The QB will fake the pitch to the RB (fake the catch) and the hand the ball of to the FB

The FB will explode threw the 4 hole watching the block of the HB to find the opening

Protection Each player will have to

Indy protect If a player is covered he will

have to block that player On the snap of the ball take

two quick side steps toward the center

After contact work defender away from center

If player is uncovered he will take two inside steps and look for blitzing LB
