Upstream
- Minimum ownership of 2.5 ha. is eligible for government assistance
targeting 30,000 ha. RM200 million fund allocated for Sabah SME for all types of forest
produce which include timber, rattan and bamboo
- Land availability - to provide land for forest plantation
Downstream
Change in government procurement policy ie. To gazette 30% of wood -based component in
