Introduction:• We consider a group to be 20 paying customers or over • Group tickets will be on sale from July 2013 and tickets will be issued from Monday 16th December 2013• For every 20 paying customers, 2 are free; 2 additional free customers for each tranche of 50 • Seats in the stands: cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before the event, up to a maximum of 10% of seats reserved. A 3 euro penalty per cancelled ticketwill be deducted from the refunded amount • Standing tickets and entrance fees for gardens: no refunds are possible

Specific terms and conditions for coach parties, societies etc.:

Cat A: Groups which have already formed and request a provisional booking from June (seats and/or standing tickets)• Provisional booking held until Sunday 15th September 2013 • Admin fee: 10 €• At the end of the provisional booking period, a 50% deposit must be paid to confirm the booking • 16th December 2013: final date for paying the balance • Specific advantages: Prominent client advertising (logo displayed on a set location on the stand; visual to be provided when balance is paid)• 1 additional free standing ticket or garden entry (if these tickets are purchased)• 1 additional free ticket in the stand (if seated tickets OR seated tickets + standing tickets and/or garden entry tickets are purchased)

Cat B: Groups which have formed after 15th September 2013 and request a provisional booking (seats and/or standing tickets)• Very short provisional booking period: one week maximum (may be extended once only) • At the end of the provisional booking period, 100% of the amount due must be paid to confirm the booking• Admin fee: 10 €

Cat C: Conditions valid for group purchases via the staff committee• Group rate • No free places • Admin fee: 10 €

• Opening of the Booking Office on September the 16th, 2013 (on October the 15th online: www.feteducitron.com )

• Tickets are printed on request (a booking is submitted to a 100% payment of the ticket purchased)

• File fees: 5 € (tickets will be posted)• A refund is possible only for health reasons with a written proof provided
