What: Trip Out: Macarthur Park

Summary: John D. MacArthur Beach State

Park was established in 1989, the only state

park in Palm Beach County. The purpose was

and is still today, to protect a very rare and

spectacularly beautiful piece of Florida’s

southeast coast. Our group will join the daily

nature walk and guided exploration. There will

be time for exploration on

your own and we will bring a

boxed lunch from La Posada

to eat at the picnic pavilion.

Always held the last Wednesday in May, National Senior Health & Fitness Day is the nation's largest annual health and wellness event for older adults.

The ladies of Palm Beach Gardens High School JROTC will present the colors and we will have songs by our resident chorus.
