Phagothérapie ?
Une alternative potentielle àlacrise mondialedesrésistancesbactériennes aux antibiotiques ?
(TheAntibiotic Crisis)

“Host-mediated phage amplification during the cholera epidemic likely contributed to increased environmental phage abundance, decreased load of environmental V. cholerae and, hence, the collapse of the epidemic”

Annex 1 Part III of Human Medicinal Products Directive 2001/83/EC
TheRegulatory Proposal(s)(Verbekenetal.,JMicrob Biochem Technol 2016,8:1)
Art. 2.1 > Scope: This Directive shall apply to medicinal products for human useintended to be placed on the market in Member States and either prepared industriallyor manufactured by a method involving an industrial process
Tailored PT is out scope
Art. 5.1 > A Member State may, in accordance with legislation in force and to fulfilspecial needs, exclude from the provisions of this Directive medicinal productssupplied in response to a bona fide unsolicited order, formulated in accordance with thespecifications of an authorized health-care professional and for use by an individualpatient under his direct personal responsibility
Tailored PT in “special needs” is also out of scope
Alternatively:European Medicinal Product Directive 2001/83/EC
