The grant ad­ministrator stated that ifeverything stays on schedulethe project should be complpt­ed by April 30.

Police chief Duane Vinsonintroduced the new publicsafety aide (PSA) Virgil John­son to the council.

Vinson said the new NoTruck TraffIC signs are up onE Ave. at both ends of thestreet and seem to be workingwell.

Then again maybe one will be Camp SIerra BlancaJuVeniles and the other wilt be Camp Sierra Blanca Females.One other optIon might be' for both facilites to be Camp' SierraBlanca but then it would appear both adult female prisqpers andjuveniles are being housed 10 the same facility which e~ld be a·violation of lbe' way prisons are operated.
