The officials(s) whose case change of station is involved shall be entitled for usual joining time and TTA as admissible under the rules.

The above Assistant Store Keepers on their promotion as Store Keeper shall exercise their option with ·· regard to date of increment fixation under the provision of Pay Regulation-2009, II (iv) if admissible to them within a period of one month after assuming the charge of post.

The above officials on promotion shall join the new assignment at the places of posting as mentioned above on or before 15.12.2016 failing which their promotion orders shall be rescinded and next official in the select panel shall be promoted. The controlling officer(s) shall ensure that these official(s) are relieved immediately to enable them to join at the new places of their posting on promotion. Th~ i r relieving should not be delayed on any pretext unless the official(s) voluntarily forego(es) the promotion and gives(s) the request to this effect in writing which may be forwarded to this office without any delay to take necessary action to wit draw the promotional increments granted to him/her them on completion of 23 years service. . 1 1/ .
