The Outcome: AIF can monitor
coverage of children and their
retention in school, analyze children’s
and schools’ performance and
achieve better results.
“KVP is helping us provide education to children who would normally miss out. With improved
information systems we will be able to manage our work in the field better and be more effective with
outcomes vis a vis the communities and gives more confidence to the funders. ”
Smita Agarwal | Director Education |American India Foundation

KVP supports AIF to provide education to underprivileged children
The Problem: KVP Addressed
LAMP is one of AIF’s key initiatives supporting
over 250,000 children in migration prone areas of
India.AIF needs to gather a lot of student / school
data from the field and the lack of common
communication platform to collate the data was a
real problem.
Support: KVP Provided
KVP utilised its resources as a part of CSR
activity supporting AIF in analysing their
needs and requirements
Re-engineering certain critical processes,
KVP proposed Salesforce.com cloud
application to analyse the data on the
children who were part of this programme
their school performances, investment
details, program health and also quantify
key benefits from LAMP
