The Director/Principal is the Chief Executive of the Institute supervising the academic as well

as the administrative areas of the Institute. The Heads/In-charges of departments supervise

their respective departments whereas the administrative area is under the control of the

Registrar.

Nature & Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/ improvements

The members of the faculty are associated for taking decisions with regard to the academic affairs so that the same are managed in a democratic way. Regular meetings of the faculty are held in order to monitor the academic affairs of the Institute. The students’ representatives are associated with committees dealing with students' affairs, cultural affairs, sports etc.

Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance

The Institute has a mechanism for managing the academic and administrative matters by involving the members of faculty, students and staff inculcating in them a sense of self-imposed-discipline for good governance and creating an environment conducive to good academics.

Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance

A mechanism of feedback from the students in respect of faculty is introduced to appraise the performance of the faculty through a questionnaire system having transparency as well as confidentiality.

Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism for Faculty, Staff and Students

In the Institute, “Personal Counseling” groups have been formed by allocating a

group of students to a teacher, so that they can discuss their academic or any other

problem in the Institute. There is also a ‘Women Cell' to take care of the issues

related to women staff & students. For the feedback and redressal of grievances of

parents, staff and students, an ONLINE feedback/grievance redressal system is in

force through the website of the Institute. They can approach Director-Principal

through their Head/In-charges of Departments also.

X. ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Mention the admission test being followed, name and address of the Test Agency and its URL (website).

The admissions were made by the State Govt. of Haryana through “Online Counseling” on the basis of JEE Mains rank.

Number of seats allotted to different Test Qualified candidates separately

The sanctioned intake in private unaided institutions for B.Tech. Course shall be distributed as

under:-

i. 50% seats of sanctioned intake (including 25% management quota) of their AICTE approved

B.E./B.Tech. course at their own level firstly on the basis of All India Rank obtained in JEE (MAIN)-

2018 and thereafter on the basis of merit of marks secured in qualifying examination in a fair and

transparent manner.

ii. 50% of sanctioned intake shall be filled through HSTES.

The admissions of 50% of sanctioned intake in Private Unaided Institutes shall be done by HSTES as per

Reservation Policy notified by the State Government of Haryana.

XI. CRITERIA AND WEIGHTAGES FOR ADMISSION
