We partner with Gelacio I. Yason Foundation – Family Farm School
(GIYF-FFS), a private, non-profit alternative secondary school, to distribute
408 units of d.light S10 and S250 to the families in need of clean,
affordable and efficient lighting.
Funds generated from the sales will be used to purchase more solar lights
to establish a sustainable business and also to fund the GIYF-FFS’s
community development programs
DISTRIBUTION METHOD:
1. Created a Business Plan
2. Executed Area Profiling and Solar
Lighting Surveys in GIYF-FFS five
priority communities.
3. Trial.
We handed a number of d.light S10 and
d.light S250’s to staff and members of
the community to see how people
respond to the products, how effective
they find the products and how easy
they find the products to operate.
4. Develop sales and marketing
materials
