The KT3000 AccuTEST of Kiss Technologies was designed to test safety valves in-
situ and under full load. With a universal mounting frame, it can be used for all types of
valves. Fully automated, the system provides superior performance in regards to set-
up, operational ease, accuracy of results and reports.
Superior results are achieved through the AccuTEST KT3000 System, which uses the
most advanced software in the industry. The sophisticated software eliminates the
possibility of human error during any step of operation, from automatic calibration of
measurement sensors to the final result.
Test files are permanently stored on your computer allowing a more complete data
management. You can immediately access and print any information at any time.

•System used to test safety valves with exposed stem.
•System has been used in valves of almost all manufacturers
(Consolidated, Crosby, Farris, Foster, Fukui, Lonergan, Kunkleetc.).
•Integral data-base includes thousands of valve types and sizes from various
manufacturers.
•Data-Base can be updated by the user for unusual / special valves.
•User can choose units of measurement in English (lbf, psi, in) or metric (KBF,
kg / cm ** 2, cm).
•It uses a standard laptop with a PCMCIA card and OS Windows 7.
•Pressure and load sensors provide a wide variety of valve sizes and test
conditions.
•The system sensors have an accuracy of + / - 0.1%.
•Typical test accuracy is + / - 0.5%.
•Standard mounting structure allows test forces up to 10,000 lbf(4,500 kgf).
•Customized Mounting Structures available for testing > 10.0000 lbf(4,500 kgf). •Option of Acoustic Detection eliminates operator error and improves accuracy.
•Battery Operated - battery life between charges is
> 24 hours. Uses 120 or 240 VAC to recharge.
•Stem Adaptors are from ¼ to 1 ½ inch (English) and 6 to 36 mm (Metric).
•Force Application is made by an automatic motor remotely controlled by
software or operator.
•Includes test tolerances for safety valves ASME Section I, III and VIII.
•The sensors used in the system are calibrated and certified by
NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)
