Ice Breaker Brain TeasersDaniel, my son, is exactly one fifth of my age. In 21 years time, I will be exactly twice his age. My wife is exactly seven times older than my daughter,

Jessica. In 8 years time, my wife will be three times older then Jessica. How old are Daniel and Jessica now?

A woman carefully steers with her pedal to the metal. She has covered the length of a football field while leaving a neat row of tracks behind her. Yet after the last yard, when she stands up, she's in

the place where she began. Even though she didn't go in a circle or turn back, this is normal for her. What has just happened?

Every dawn begins with me,At dusk I'll be the first you see,And daybreak couldn't come withoutWhat midday centers all about.Daises grow from me, I'm toldAnd when I come, I end all cold,But in the sun I won't be found,Yet still, each day I'll be around.

Jessica. In 8 years time, my wife will be three times older then Jessica. How old are Daniel and Jessica now?

Daniel= 7 Years Old, Jessica=4 Years Old

The woman is a professional seamstress and she has just finished sewing through yards of fabric at top speed. The tracks she left behind were stitches, so it would have been

strange if she had ended up anywhere except where she'd begun!

Letter writing Tips

Your letter can be short, it doesn’t need to be very long.

Soldiers miss their own families- so tell what you and your family are doing.

Say “thanks” or say you’re proud of the job they do as a soldier.

Wish them a safe return.

Page 11: Ksa Jan2010

What should our goal be?

We will keep track of how many letters we have collected on our website – so keep a close eye!

How many letters should we aim for?

100 letters?

If everyone can get 10-15 letters written and sent in we will meet that goal easily!

Sample letter – Try google for other samplesDear Soldier,   We are so proud of you and

thank you for your great service to our nation and to the world. We think of your daily in our prayers and hope that your work will be complete soon so that you might return to be with those you love.  We want you to feel the support and encouragement we hope you find as we reach out today. Thank you for effort and dedication. You are missed, remembered, and honored at home.

Sincerely, First Name
