Trinity Lutheran Church
“EQUIPPING DISCIPLES TO MAKE DISCIPLES FOR JESUS” Guests and Members
Thank you for joining us for worship today! If you need
anything please let our ushers or Elder on duty know.
During the offering you can place the attendance card
you received as you entered into the offering basket. If
both pastors are present at a service, one pastor will
remain up front for special prayers after the service.
For those who wish to commune: As Lutheran Christians,
we view Holy Communion as a wonderful blessing, in which
God gives us the true body and blood of Christ with the bread
and wine. It is a tie to Christ’s dying for us. In love for others,
we think it is important to know what we believe and receive
instruction before communing. Guests not from Lutheran
Church-Missouri Synod congregations are asked to read “OUR
UNDERSTANDING AND PRACTICE” of THE SACRAMENT OF
HOLY COMMUNION on the card in the slot on the pew in
front of them. Guests and children are welcome to come for-
ward for a blessing. If you don’t feel able to come up the
stairs, you can let the ushers know and the pastors will bring
communion to you, or you can come and sit in the front row
on the pulpit side during distribution and the pastors will com-
mune that as the last group.

Air Conditioning Fund
At the Voter’s Meeting a decision was made to replace the air conditioners in the north part of the building that hasn’t been working for over a year. The cost is approximately around $15,000 depending on the coils in the current system. We are using funds from the Shultz fund of $9,800 and left over carpet fund of $2,073 for some of the funding. Congregation members are able to make special above and beyond normal giving gifts to help make up the difference by marking gifts to an air conditioner fund.
