Latest technology High efficiency Water Cooled and Air Cooled Screw Chillers are developed based on years of experience, to meet the continuously increasing demand of Indian and international market. Compared to typical water cooled screw chillers, KRISCOOL high efficiency chillers are energy saving products with proven high performance.

KRISCOOL Chillers are suitable for a wide range application; not only comfort cooling but also for operation with brine and Thermal Energy Storage System or industry cooling. The single and multiple compressor design machines with totally independent circuits, provide maximum flexibility.

Its semi-hermetic twin-screw compressor ensures high energy efficiency and long service life. The high efficiency hybrid falling film evaporator helps to increase the COP level to an industry leading level. Equipped with advanced smart control logic, the system is capable to monitor key variables and adjusts the chiller operation precisely. The microprocessor can also be connected to any Building Automation System via MODBUS Protocol.

Under this Certification Program, chillers are regularly tested in strict compliance with this Standard. This provides an independent, third party verification of chiller performance.

Quality is assured by our on-site, world-class testing and production facilities and the application of the latest manufactur ing techniques and cont inuous improvement. Kehems’s dedicated test facility is as per AHRI requirements. Cooling and heating capacity of test units range from 10kw up to 2MW. Customers can see product testing to verify duty and energy performance and ensure operational requirements.

KRISCOOL chiller is completely assembled with all interconnecting refrigerant piping and internal wiring, ready for field installation. The unit is pressure tested, evacuated, and fully factory charged oil in the refrigerant circuit. After assembly, a run test is performed with water flowing through the cooler to ensure that each refrigerant circuit operates correctly.

CompressorLatest technology semi-hermetic compressor ensures highest efficiency on totally independent refrigerant circuits for highest part-load efficiency. The design assures a constant supply of oil to the bearings at all times reduce wear, prevents leak and prolongs life span.

EvaporatorThe evaporator is direct expansion shell and tube type with optimized refrigerant charge to give safe operation at highest efficiency. Multiple circuit chillers with Dx evaporators ensures reduced power consumption at partial loads.

The machine can be designed for optional high chilled water temperature differential resulting in improved machine efficiency with reduced pump flow and corresponding consumption.

Electronic expansion valveThe advanced electronic expansion valves ensure improved energy efficiency, precise temperature control and efficient & safe part load operation.

CondenserMultiple circuit Chillers with multiple independent condenser circuits.

SPECIFICATIONS

Control PanelThe chiller comes with unit mounted starter and control panel. All wiring is completed and tested at the factory, no field installation. The painted galvanized steel panel enclosure is designed and meets the IP54 protection standards. The control panel is divided into a power section and a control section.

Intelligent controlIntelligent microprocessor ensures operating parameters are controlled automatically for continues operations and maintain set conditions. Adjusts to suit any system set-up and efficiently manage safety.

BMS Building Management System option available, to connect MODBUS / BACNET / ETHERNET / LON Protocol ensuring greater adaptability, remote communication and increased safety.

Pump ON / OFF control (for 2 pumps), water flow switch reversal, antifreeze protection, phase inversion protection, discharge temperature control, high and low pressure protection and anti short cycle safeguard the chiller and extend its life.

Chiller comes with continuous capacity control, compressor running time balancing, proactive unload for high discharge pressure and monthly, weekly & hourly operational scheduling possibilities.
