Apropos the captioned subject, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that we have received the Termination letter from M/s. Ginni Filaments Limited, Ankleshwar for terminating the Power Purchase Agreement ('PPA') signed for the Capacity of 1.20 MW Solar Power Plant under 'Independent Power Producer (IPP)' segment of the Company. It may please to noted that this PPA was only at initial stage and the process of sale of power had not yet started.
