Sehr geehrte Geschäftsfreunde,

Sie bekommen hiermit die fünfte Aus-

gabe unseres Firmenbulletins in die

Hände. Ein Jahr geht zu Ende, das für

die meisten Firmen nicht leicht war,

und Prognostiker deuten an, dass

auch das nächste Jahr im Unterneh-

mensbereich nichts Gutes erwarten

lässt. Unsere Firma hat den Fakt der

weltweiten ökonomischen Situation

als Herausforderung angenommen.

Wir sind bestrebt, in höchstmögli-

chem Maß die europäischen Fonds

zu nutzen, und zwar sowohl für In-

vestitionen, Innovationen, Marketing,

Bildung, als auch für Computertech-

nik und Software. Es ist uns gelun-

gen, eine Logistik-/Produktionshalle

zu bauen, und wir haben globale

Innovationen eingeleitet, und zwar

Od začátku roku 2009 naše

firma využívala pro výrobu novou

logisticko-výrobní halu. Na rozdíl od

prvních dvou etap jsme pro výstavbu

této haly využili podporu evropských

fondů. V současné době očekáváme

vyplacení části prostředků, které

jsme vložili do výstavby. Věříme, že

přes všechny složité byrokratické

podmínky získání dotace, dotáhneme

úspěšně vše do zdárného konce.

Logisticko-výrobní hala navazuje na

propracovaný informační systém

a společně s vlastní výrobní halou,

kterou jsme dokončili v roce 2007,

tvoří ucelený výrobní systém. Pro

vás, naše klienty, to znamená

záruku kvalitního výrobku, protože

veškerý výrobní proces podléhá

kontrole. Vedle výroby nosného

rámu z pozinkovaného plechu,

který stále standardně vyrábíme

jako jediní v České republice a na

Slovensku, je zavedení vlastního

From the beginning of 2009, our

company has used for the production

a new logistics and production hall.

Unlike the first two stages we have

to build this hall enjoyed the support

Phoenix Zeppelin established

a narrow partnership with our sub-

sidiary company - KOMA RENT, which

is focused on renting dwelling and

sanitary containers. Both compa-

nies exhibited jointly at the Interna-

tional Construction Fair IBF 2009 in

Brno. Phoenix Zeppelin appreciated

variability of C3V container with ex-

changeable walls which was used by

the company as its own exhibition

Kindergarten wurde von dem

Fachexperten für den Modu-

larausbau, der Firma KOMA MOD-

ULAR CONSTRUCTION, geliefert.

Der Kindergarten besteht aus

zwei Klassen mit Sanitärräumen

und dient anderen Gemeinden,

die mit ähnlichem Problem zu

kämpfen haben, als Pilotprojekt.

Neben ihren hervorragenden

Wärmeeigenschaften erfüllten die

Kindergärten in der Modularaus-

führung auch sämtliche Brands-

chutz- und Hygieneanforderun-

gen, dies im gleichen Ausmaß wie

es der klassische Ausbau schafft.

der Preis, der bis zu 30 % niedriger

als bei dem Standardausbau liegt

sowie die Möglichkeit der Demon-

LÁquila, které bylo postiženo

zničujícím zemětřesením v dubnu

tohoto roku, novou školu.

Jednopodlažní dvaceti dvou tříd-

ní škola o rozloze 1.300 m2

obsahuje vedle tříd také

kabinety, laboratoře, šatny

a sociální zařízení. Zajímavostí

je, že škola byla vyrobena,

dovezena do Itálie a smontována

během sedmi týdnů. První

kontakt se zákazníkem proběhl

na konci července a od 21.září,

kdy začal italský školní rok, škola

slouží svému účelu. škola byla

financována z italských státních

prostředků, takže byl kladen

velký důraz na splnění všech

protipožárních a hygienických

požadavků, prokázání způso-

bilosti pro výrobu, včetně

všech materiálových certifikátů.

Všechny požadavky firma

škol, včetně mateřských škol

z prostorových modulů je ve

světe zcela běžná. Investor tak

řeší nedostatek volných kapacit,

které pořídí rychle a až o 30% levněji

než klasickou výstavbou. Navíc

which is a producer of modular

constructions, KOMA MODULAR

CONSTRUCTION furnished a

school for italian town, which

was affected by destructional

earthquake in April this year. The

single-storied school with twenty-

two classrooms and area 1.300m2

containes besides classrooms also

administration rooms, laboratories,

cloak-rooms and social settlement.

The interesting thing is that

the school was made, exported

to Italy and assembled during

seven weeks. The first contact

with client was at the end of July

and from September 21st, when

italian school year has started,

school serves for its purpose. The

school was financed from italian

state resources, so that the great

emphasis was put on performance

of all fire-fighting and sanitary

requirements, and authentication

of competency for production

including all material certificates.

Die KOMA MODULAR

CONSTRUCTION, eine Firma aus

Vizovice und der Hersteller von

Modularbauten zugleich, hat für

die italienische Stadt L´Aquila,

die im April dieses Jahres

von vernichtendem Erdbeben

betroffen wurde, eine Schule

geliefert. Die eingeschossige

Zweiundzwanzig-Klassen-Schule

mit dem Flächenausmaß von

1.300m2 verfügt neben den

Klassen auch über Kabinette,

Labors, Garderoben und

Sanitärräume. Das Interessante

daran ist, dass die Schule

hergestellt, nach Italien geliefert

und zusammenmontiert nur

binnen sieben Tagen wurde. Den

ersten Kontakt mit dem Kunden

hat man Ende Juli aufgenommen

und ab dem 21. September, an

dem das italienische Schuljahr

anfängt, stand die Schule für

ihren Zweck bereit. Da die Schule

aus den italienischen staatlichen

Geldern finanziert wurde, hat

man einen großen Wert auf die

Erfüllung aller Brandschutz- und

Hygieneanforderungen und

das Belegen der Tauglichkeit

zur Herstellung solcher

Bauten gelegt, dies samt der

Vorlage aller Zertifikate zum

verwendeten Material. Die Firma

Nitra, jejímž obchodním

partnerem byla sesterská

organizace KOMA SLOVAKIA.

Sociální dům obsahuje 26

bytů 2+kk. Vytápění je řešeno

pomocí pevných paliv. Město

Nitra řešila tímto způsobem

problematiku ubytování sociálně

nepřizpůsobivých a problema-

tických občanů.

organisation KOMA SLOVAKIA.

The social building contains

26 flats each with 2 rooms, a

kitchen and toilet. Heating is

designed using solid fuels. In

this way, Nitra council solved

the issue of accommodation

for socially non-conforming and

problematic citizens.

Stadt Nitra löste auf diese Weise

die Problematik der Unter-

bringung sozial unangepasster

und problematischer Bürger.

Ke konci roku 2009 jsme

dokončili vývoj nízkoenergetického

modulu typově označeného jako

M3. Nízkoenergetický modul M3

byl vyvinut naší firmou za účelem

skloubení výhod přenositelnosti

budov a nízkoenergetických staveb.

Svými standardními půdorysnými

rozměry 9x4m nabízí vyšší

možnost flexibility interiéru než

při šířce 2,5 nebo 3m. Dodržené

parametry nízkoenergetického

domu šetří náklady na provoz

budovy vytvořené z těchto modulů.

Vytápění budov je řešeno pomocí

tepelných čerpadel, čímž se

dociluje dalších nižších provozních

nákladů. Větrání je standardně

řešeno pomocí rekuperace vzduchu

s využitím odpadního tepla. Vnitřní

modulů M3 v kombinaci s variabilní-

mi vnitřními příčkami můžete vytvořit

dispozice podle Vašeho individuál-

školy, školky, hotely, bytové domy,

rodinné domy apod.

At the end of 2009 we completed

the development of low-energy module

type labeled M3. Low-energy module

M3 was developed by our company for

the purpose of combining the benefits

of portability and low-energy building

construction. Its standard size 9x4m floor

plans offer greater flexibility to the interior

than the width of 2.5 or 3m. Adhered

parameters of low-energy building

save operating costs made from these

modules. Heating of buildings is solved

with heat pumps, which with is achieved

further lower operating costs. Ventilation

is normally solved by using air recovery

bulletinof waste heat. Internal partitions are

made so that you can quickly change the

internal arrangement of space.

Using low-energy modules M3 in

combination with a variable internal

partitions you can create a layout

according to your individual wishes.

For example, as an office, schools,

kindergartens, hotels, apartment houses,

family houses, etc.

Gegen Ende des Jahres 2009

haben wir die Entwicklung des

Niedrigenergiemoduls mit der

Typenbezeichnung M3 vollendet. Das

Niedrigenergiemodul M3 wurde von

unserer Firma zwecks Verbindung der

Vorteile der Portabilität von Gebäuden

und von Niedrigenergiebauten

entwickelt . Mit seinen standardmäßigen

Grundrissabmessungen von 9x4 m

bietet es eine höhere Flexibilität des

Interieurs als bei einer Breite von 2,5 oder

3 Metern. Die Einhaltung der Parameter

eines Niedrigenergiehauses spart

Kosten für den Betrieb des aus diesen

Modulen aufgebauten Gebäudes. Die

Beheizung der Gebäude erfolgt mittels

Wärmepumpen, womit eine weitere

Senkung der Betriebskosten erreicht wird.

Die Belüftung erfolgt standardmäßig

mittels Wärmerückgewinnung unter

Nutzung der Abluft. Die Trennwände

innen sind so ausgeführt, dass die

Konfiguration des Innenraumes rasch

verändert werden kann.

Durch die Anwendung von

Niedrigenergiemodulen M3 in Kombina-

tion mit variablen Innentrennwänden

kann die Anordnung der

Innenräume nach individuellen

Wünschen geschaffen werden.

Zum Beispiel als Büros, Schulen,

Kindertagesstätten, Hotels, Wohn-

häuser, Familien häuser u. ä.

V rámci inovační činnosti firma


vyvinula ekonomický kontejner

typově označený E3E. Zvláštností

tohoto kontejneru je to, že

ho lze smontovat bez použití

techniky (jeřábů) z jednotlivých

elementů. Kostra kontejneru

je standardně provedena

z pozinkovaného plechu a stěny

jsou tvořeny polyuretanovými

panely. Kontejnery lze převážet

v námořních přepravních kontej-

nerech. V jednom 20´ námořním

Im Rahmen der Innovation-

stätigkeit entwickelte die Firma


einen ökonomischen Container

mit der Bezeichnung E3E. Die

Besonderheit dieses Containers

besteht darin, dass er ohne Benutzung

der Technik (Kran) aus einzelnen

Elementen zusammengebaut werden

kann. Das Chassis des Containers ist

standardmäßig aus verzinktem Blech

hergestellt und die Wände sind aus

Polyurethan-Platten. Die Container

können in Seefrachtcontainern

transportiert werden. In einem

20 Fuß-Seefrachtcontainer können

bis zu 8 Container E3E, zerlegt in

einzelne Elemente, transportiert

werden. Wir rechnen mit dem Einsatz

dieses ökonomischen Containertyps

bei Kunden, die vor allem den

niedrigen Preis bevorzugen. Der

Container E3E gewährt Schutz vor

Witterungseinflüssen und kann somit

als rasche Unterkunft oder zur Bildung

von benötigten Räumlichkeiten

als Hilfe bei der Liquidation der

Folgen von Naturkatastrophen oder

Kriegskonflikten genutzt werden, und

dies auch in entfernten Regionen

der Welt!

pořádala už 3. ročník archi-

tektonické soutěže pro studenty

architektury a staveb nictví

vysokých škol v České republice

a na Slovensku. Tento ročník byl

rekordní v počtu zúčastněných

studentů, kterých se přihlásilo

celkem 72 studentů ze všech

vysokých škol v čR a SK.

Aktuálnost potřeb mateřských

škol se tak odrazilo i v počtu

předaných prací. Z tohoto

důvodu byly vedle 1., 2. a 3. ceny

oceněny ještě další tři práce

zvláštním oceněním. Všechny

práce studentů byly vystaveny na

stánku firmy KOMA při příležitosti

třicátého ročníku mezinárodního

stavebního veletrhu CONECO

v Bratislavě. Nejlepší práce byly

slavnostně předány studentům

v rámci vyhlašování cen právě

na tomto veletrhu. Nedostatek

kapacit mateřských škol na jedné

straně a výhody prostorových

modulů na druhé straně vytváří

slibný potenciál obchodního

prostředí. Aktivita v propagaci

modulárních staveb se odrazila

i v získání zakázky pro výstavbu

první modulární mateřské

školy v čR, o které píšeme na

jiném místě Bulletinu. Téma

modulárních mateřských škol je

natolik zajímavá, že byla naše

firma pozvána na Olomoucké

dny architektury, aby zde

nejúspěšnější studentské práce

vystavila a uskutečnila přednášku

o výhodách modulárních

mateřských škol pro zástupce

měst.


has organized the third annual

architectural competition for

university students of architecture

and civil engineering in the Czech

Republic and Slovakia. A record-

breaking number of 72 students

from all Czech and Slovak colleges

took part in the competition this

year. Topicality of needs of nursery

schools reflected in the number of

submitted designs. For this reason,

besides the first, second and the

third prize, three other designs

were awarded special prizes. All

students' work was exhibited at

the stand KOMA company in the

occasion of the thirtieth annual

international construction fair

CONECO in Bratislava.

The best works were solemnly

forwarded to students in the

announcement of the price at

this fair. Lack of capacity of

kindergartens on the one hand

and the benefits of modules

on the other hand, provides

a promissing potencial for

the business enviroment. The

activity in the promotion of

modular buildings was reflected

also in obtaining the contract for

modular construction of the first

kindergarten in the CR, which

we write in another part of the

Bulletin. The topic of modular

kindergartens is so interesting

that our company was invited to

Days of architecture in Olomouc,

in order to exhibit the most

successful student works and

realize a lecture on the benefits

of modular kindergartens for the

city representatives.


richtete bereits den 3.Jahrgang

des Architektur wettbewerbs für

Studenten der Architektur und des

Bauwesens der Hochschulen in

Tschechien und der Slowakei aus.

Dieser Jahrgang stellte in Bezug

auf die Zahl der teilnehmenden

Studenten, derer sich insgesamt

72 aus allen Hochschulen der

Tschechischen Republik und der

Slowakei anmeldeten, einen neuen

Rekord auf. Der aktuelle Bedarf

an Kindergärten spiegelte sich so

auch in der Zahl der übergebenen

Arbeiten wider. Aus diesem

Grund wurden neben dem 1., 2.,

und 3. Preis noch drei weitere

Arbeiten mit einer besonderen

Anerkennung gewürdigt.

Gerade auf dieser Messe wurden

den Studenten im Rahmen der Pre-

isverleihung die besten Arbeiten

feierlich übergeben. Der Mangel

an Kapazitäten von Kindertagesstät-

ten einerseits und die Vorteile der

Raummodule andererseits bilden

ein vielversprechendes Potential des

Geschäftsmilieus. Unsere Aktivität in

der Propagation der Modular-Bau-

weise spiegelte sich auch im Erwerb

des Auftrages für den Aufbau der

ersten modularen Kindertagesstätte

in Tschechien wider, über den wir an

einer anderen Stelle dieses Bulletins

berichten. Das Thema der modularen

Kindertagesstätten ist so interessant,

dass unsere Firma zu den Olmitzer

Architekturtagen nach Olomouc

eingeladen wurde, um hier die

erfolg reichsten Studentenarbeiten

auszustellen und einen Vortrag über

die Vorteile von modularen Kinderta-

gesstätten vor den anwesenden Ver-

tretern der Städte zu halten.

Na podzim roku 2009 neunikly

aktivity naší firmy pozornosti

médií. Díky první modulární

školce v České republice, o které

informovala česká tisková

kancelář, se zúčastnil náš majitel

a ředitel firmy Ing.Martinec

jako host a expert na modulární

výstavbu televizního vysílání na

televizi Z1 a odpovídal na zvídavé

otázku v rádiu čR1.

Podobně si vedl vedoucí

marketingu Ing. Martin Hart,

který odpovídal v regionálním

rádiu čas na otázky, proč se firma


umístila mezi třemi nejlepšími

firmami Zlínského kraje v soutěži

o titul „Inovativní firma“.

Reportáž z této události byla také

odvysílaná v televizi.

Stavby domů pomocí prostorových

modulů se stávají populární i

v České republice, k čemuž na

jedné straně přispívá zvýšený

zájem o pasivní domy, které

využívají sendvičové konstrukce

podobně jako modulární

výstavba. Na druhé straně se

zúročují aktivity k popularizaci

modulárních staveb v české

republice, které firma KOMA

MODULAR CONSTRUCTION

periodicky provádí.

In the autumn of 2009,

our company's activities have

not eluded the attention of

the media. Because of the

first modular kindergarten in

the Czech Republic, on which

informed the Czech News

Agency, our owner and director

of the company Ing. Martinec

took part in as a guest and

expert on modular construction

of broadcasting television Z1

and answered curious questions

on the radio CR1.

Aktivitäten unserer Firma der

entgangen. Dank der ersten

modularen Kindertagesstätte in

der Tschechischen Republik, über

die die Tschechische Presseagentur

informierte, nahm der Inhaber und

Direktor unserer Firma, Herr Dipl.

Ing. Martinec, als Gast und Experte

für modularen Aufbau an der

Fernsehsendung im Sender Z1 teil

und beantwortete wissbegierige

Fragen im Rundfunkprogramm

ČR1.

Ähnlich punktete der

Marketingleiter, Herr Dipl. Ing.

Martin Hart, der im regionalen

Rundfunksender Radio Čas Fragen

beantwortete, wie z. B., weshalb

sich die Firma KOMA MODULAR

CONSTRUCTION unter den drei

besten Firmen der Zliner Region

im Wettbewerb um den Titel

„Innovative Firma“ platzierte. Eine

Reportage von diesem Ereignis

wurde ebenfalls im Fernsehen

übertragen.

Hausbau mittels Raummodulen

werden auch in der Tschechischen

Republik allmählich populär, wozu

einerseits ein erhöhtes Interesse

für passive Häuser beiträgt, wo

Sandwich-Konstruktionen ähnlich

wie beim modularen Hausbau

Anwendung finden. Andererseits

werden die Aktivitäten zur

Popularisierung von modularen

Bauten in der Tschechischen Republik

verwertet, welche die Firma
