With its spectacular sceneryand ideal surfing conditions,the Surf Coast in Victoria,

 Australia attracts touristsfrom all over the world withits nature reserves. The “SurfCoast Civic Building” beganoperations in 2011 in thesmall township of Torquayat the gateway to the GreatOcean Road. It is a moderncommunity centre for sport,culture and communication.

During the implementati-on, the builder Surf CoastShire Council placed greatimportance on environmen-tal protection and energyefficiency.This is also shown in thebuilding system technologywhich is controlled efficient-ly via KNX.
