The goal of KM has three goal.

1. Human development

Worker and executives, has the capacity, which includes knowledge, skills, higher attributes, better performance. First class and middle class personnel will get the most benefit.

Work effectively, company, worker can work quickly and effectively.

The Company can achieve its vision / strategy with high competitiveness. Can grow sustainably.

The majority of the knowledge is distributed inpersonnel 42%, followed by paper document 26%,electronic document 20% , database and internet 12%but Thailand expect The knowledge in the personnelis 70-80%,

SCG เรมน าแนวทางการจดการความรมาใชในการพฒนาบคลากร ดวยกระบวนการแบงปนแลกเปลยน จดเกบและเผยแพรความร มการพฒนาความรในรปแบบตางๆ เชน Soft learning,e-learning, Book briefing, Case study มการจดอบรม KM ใหพนกงานในหนวยงาน จดท า Web board เพอสงเสรมการแลกเปลยนความร ตงแตกอน พ.ศ. 2548 และไดด าเนนการจดการความรเตมรปแบบโดยมพธ Kick off เมอวนท 31 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2549

SCG ประกอบดวย 3 กลมธรกจและหนวยงานสวนกลาง แตละธรกจด าเนนการจดการความรในหนวย งานของตนเองทงหมด ภายใตการดแลเชงนโยบายของคณะท างานดาน KM ของเอสซจ ซงประกอบดวยผบรหารระดบผชวย ผจดการใหญเปนประธาน สมาชกประกอบดวย ตวแทนผปฏบตงานดาน KM ของแตละธรกจ คณะท างานชดนมหนาทก าหนดนโยบายตางๆ ดาน KM ของเอสซจและจดกจกรรมหลกทตองการใหพนกงานเอสซจทกคนมสวนรวม หนวยงานสวนกลางกมการตงหนวยงานดาน KM

การแตงตงคณะท างาน คณะท างานประกอบดวย หวหนาหนวยงานในส านกงานการบคคลกลางทกคน รวมกบพนกงานทไดรบแตงตง โดยมผอ านวยการส านกงานการบคคลกลางเปนหว หนาคณะท างาน ท าหนาทดานการก าหนดเปาหมายของการจดการความร วางแผนงานระยะ 1 ป และ 2-5 ป แตงตงผทท าหนาทบนทกความรผทท าหนาทดแลฐานขอมลความร ประชมเพอบงชความรทสาคญ คนหาวาความรนนอยทไหนหรออยทใครยงขาดความรอะไร และจะจดการกบความรทงทมอยและทยงขาดอยอยางไร ก าหนดมาตรฐานในการท างานใหพนกงานทกคนใชความรจากฐานขอมลความร และแบงปนความรทไดจากการท างานใหกบพนกงานอนๆ ดวย บรหารการเปลยนแปลงพฤตกรรมของพนกงาน

4) learningจดอบรมใหพนกงานมความรเกยวกบการจดการความร ทงดาน ความหมาย ความส าคญ ประโยชน การมสวนรวม รวมทงเทคนควธการใชเครองมอ KM แนะน าวธ ตดตามขาวสารและแหลงความรใน SCG สอนการใชเครองมอสบคน (Search engine) การสราง Blog การใช Chat room การเขารวมกบชมนมนกปฏบต

5) Measurementวดระบบหรอกจกรรมการจดการความร(ความถของการใชฐานขอมล จ านวนคนเขารวมกจกรรม etc.) วดผลผลต(Output เชน ความพงพอใจของผใชฐานขอมล จ านวนปญหาทไดรบการแกไข)หรอผลลพธ(Outcome เชน การเพมประสทธภาพ ประสทธผล การเพมความพงพอใจของลกคา)
