Remember that speed limits set an absolute maximum, and it can still be unsafe to driveat this speed in adverse conditions. Speeding offences carry a minimum penalty of a£100 fine and 3 penalty points added to your licence, and repeat offenders could be

disqualified from driving. Stay safe, and stick to the legal speed limit.

Vehicles are also subject to the driver holding the appropriate license. Driving licencecategories were last changed in January 2013, so make sure that you are up to date.
