Know What You Believe
Christianity cannot be “my parents’ faith” forever!
It’s time to know what the Bible says for yourself
AND to decide whether YOU believe it.
Worldviews
All people form their “worldview” sometime when they are close to your age.
Most people carry the same worldview for their entire lives...
Now is the time to decide.
What Does The Bible Say?
God is... GOD! There is only one God, He’s always been
God The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit
are each equally God Man is separated from GodJesus is where it’s at!
Grace = a gift you can’t earn
Isaiah 43:10 – “Israel... You have been chosen to know me, believe in me, and understand that I alone am God. There is no other God; there never has been and never will be.”Romans 3:10-12, 23 “As the scriptures say, No one is good – not even one. No one has real understanding; no one is seeking God. All have turned away from God; all have done wrong. No one does good, not even one... For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”Romans 3:24-26 “Yet now God in His gracious kindness declares us not guilty. He has done this through Christ Jesus, who has freed us by taking away our sins.”
What About Faith?
Faith = accepting what God says about you how you think and act about grace John 5:24; Rom 3:28; Titus 3:5-7

“listening” v. LISTENING
“listening” by being silent and not saying anything by “hearing” the words and not doing anything
LISTENING by thinking about what you hear and doing it by deciding to change something in your life
If you never change anything after listening to a teaching you are wasting your time!
Matt 7:24 “Anyone who listens to my teaching and obeys me is wise.”
James 2:14, 26 “Dear brothers and sisters, what’s the use of saying you have faith if you don’t prove it by your actions? That kind of faith can’t save anyone.”
