TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking Fee A $500 deposit is required 7 days after confirmation to secure your desired date. By way of making deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below. Please note, a booking is not considered 100% confirmed until your deposit has been received, so we encourage you to pay this as soon as possible. 2. Extra Costs - Travel Fee Any wedding performed more than 150km from the Melbourne CBD will incur a small travel fee. This fee will be agreed upon at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation In the highly unlikely event that Ryan is unable to perform on the day, you will receive a full refund of the service costs. In this scenario, Ryan will endeavour to work with you to find a suitable replacement musician for your special evening from his extensive personal and industry contacts. Any fees payable to a replacement musician will be agreed upon between yourself and the 3rd party.If you unfortunately have to cancel Ryan’s services, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.4. Balance of Payment Balance of total fee payable 7 days prior to your wedding. 5. Forms of Payment Payment is required by electronic bank transfer, or cash on the evening. Ryan will provide EFT details upon acceptance of quote. 6. Privacy Your personal details are strictly confidential. We are entitled to take photographs on your wedding day for our own marketing, including but not limited to our web-site and social media. However, you are under no obligation to agree. Please advise if you do have concerns with this.
