„ … 3. Priority order for proposals with the same score: …
b) The proposals identified under (a ), if any, will themselves be prioritised according to the scores
they have been awarded for the criterion excellence. When these scores are equal, priority will be
based on scores for the criterion impact. In the case of Innovation actions this prioritisation
will be done first on the basis of the score for impact, and then on that for excellence.

SC1-BHC-07-2019: Regenerative medicine: from new insights to new applications
Specific Challenge: Regenerative medicine offers hope for untreatable disease and the
ageing population,…
Scope: Regenerative medicine replaces or regenerates human cells, tissue or organs, to
restore or establish normal function. Projects should focus on innovative
translational research to develop regenerative processes …
Expected Impact:
• Potential new regenerative therapies to address unmet clinical needs of large patient
groups identified.
• Europe's position in translational regenerative medicine strengthened.
• New therapies for major human diseases and conditions, and new approaches for
therapy taken further in the development pipeline.
Type of Action: Research and Innovation action

działania upowszechniające powinny stanowid integralną częśd planu pracy, planowane
w ścisłym powiązaniu z pozostałymi działaniami w projekcie; mają charakter ciągły i
trwają z różną intensywnością już od początku projektu, a także po jego zakooczeniu;
naukowe - publikacje, tworzenie polityk, ustalenie norm, szkolenia edukacyjne itp.);
proporcjonalny do skali projektu,

odbiorcy, grupy docelowe/ użytkownicy? - identyfikacja interesariuszy (ang.stakholders)
określenie ich potrzeb, wymagao i oczekiwao:
• wewnętrzni (ang.insiders) – związani bezpośrednio z projektem;
• zewnętrzni (ang.outsiders) – stanowiący zewnętrzne otoczenie projektu;
znaczenie ekonomiczne, społeczne, środowiskowe? ;
np. znaczenie społeczne – przekształcenie badao naukowych w produkty rynkowe i konsumpcyjne np. lekarstwa, narzędzia diagnostyczne, maszyny i urządzenia; liczba miejsc pracy, warunki zatrudnienie , jakośd życia;

informacja o danych gromadzonych/przetwarzanych/tworzonych w trakcie projektu:
• jakiego typu dane będą zbierane?
np. data i sposób utworzenia zasobu informacji, typ dokumentu, informacje dotyczące dostępu do zasobu, tytuł,
streszczenie, autor oraz słowa kluczowe;
• jakie standardy będą praktykowane?
• w jaki sposób dane będą wykorzystywane ?
• w jaki sposób mogą byd udostępnione, jeżeli nie to dlaczego?
• jak te dane będą przechowywane ?
np. mechanizmy przechowywania np.
na treśd czytelną;
warto podeprzed się wymogami praktyki europejskiej.

w przypadku zbierania danych wymagany - Data Management Plan DMP;
„ The use of a Data Management Plan is required for all Horizon 2020 projects, except if they opt-out of sharing their
research data for one of the reasons indicated in General Annex L. Note that a Data Management Plan is not required
at submission stage. Rather, projects must provide a first version of the DMP within the first six months of the project
(as a deliverable), to be updated as appropriate…” HORIZON 2020 – WORK PROGRAMME 2018-2020 General

strategia zarządzania wiedzą i jej ochrona,
(patenty, prawa autorskie, znaki towarowe, prawo dostępu do baz danych, itp.)
czytelnika;
zdeponowanie utworu w repozytorium;

”The communication activities must already be part of the proposal (either as a specific work package for
communication or by including them in another work package). „

2.Impact; 2.2 Maesures to maximise impact b) Communication activities
3
Communication means taking strategic and targeted measures for promoting the action itself and its
results to a multitude of audiences, including the media and the public, and possibly engaging in a two-
way exchange. The aim is to reach out to society as a whole and in particular to some specific audiences
while demonstrating how EU funding contributes to tackling societal challenges.
What is the difference between dissemination and communication?
DISSEMINATION COMMUNICATION
Covers project results only Covers the whole project (including results)
Happens only once results are available Starts at the outset of the project
Specialist audiences Groups that may use the results in their own work, including peer groups, industry, professional organisations, policymakers
Multiple audiences Beyond the project's own community, including the media and general public. Multiplier effect.
Enabling the take-up and use of results Informing and engaging with society, to show how it can benefit from research
