KJR POLYFILMS PVT LTD KJR Polyfilms is a manufacturer of plastic bags for milk packaging.

Their factory has two different bays :

110ft L X 75ft W X 60ft H for the high bay shed

110ft L X 80ft W X 25ft H for the low bay shed

Their requirement was to maintain positive pressure inside the

premises to ensure that the packaging happened in a clean

environment and outside particles/insects do not enter in.

Human comfort was the second concern as the packaging machine

emitted high amount of heat and workers were at discomfort.

Symphony Installed 32 machines of MCHN 6800 and 8 machines of

MCDN both of 6800 CFM capacity each.

In total 40 Symphony Industrial Air coolers are installed.

Each unit has a one HP motor.

Small duct is provided to each machine to enter inside the plant

and deliver fresh, filtered & cool air.

The Result :

Continuous positive pressure maintained satisfactorily and also achieved a

reduction of 7 degrees Celsius in inside temperature on 23rd November

2011 at 2:00 PM. Outside temperature was 33 and inside temperature

came down to 26.
