DESCRIPTION
Kisaju View Park Estate is a mixed user phenomenal gated community set in a serene environment in proximity to the upcoming Konza City. The Estate at the moment has a capacity of 850 housing units and 120 more under construction. It's total capacity at completion will be 2000 housing units plus over 500 commercial Unit. over 50% of the currently constructed units are occupied by owners who own the commercial units in the estate and run them at the same time. In the estate is a mix of all tribes with different denominational churches already constructed, a primary and secondary public school running, chiefs camp, purified piped borehole water serving the whole community, electricity connections all over the development, a youth center in the pipeline, Private school and Hospital.TRANSCRIPT
