PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 26, 2020, the above-captioned debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed the Debtors’ Motion for Entry of an Order Authorizing the Debtors to Retain and Compensate Professionals Utilized in the Ordinary Course of Business [Docket No. 191] (the “OCP Motion”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (the “Court”).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on June 9, 2020, the Court entered the Order Authorizing the Debtors to Retain and Compensate Professionals Utilized in the Ordinary Course of Business [Docket No. 287] (the “OCP Order”). The OCP Order sets forth a nonexclusive list (the “OCP List”) of the Debtors’ ordinary course professionals (“OCPs”), attached thereto as Exhibits 2, 3 and 4 (the “Original OCP List”).
