Description: Creating and Authoring Blu-ray Disc using blu print Software with the assets that we receive in the form client. For instance: Video, Audio, Subtitles, Dub Card for Feature/Bonus or Vams/Trailers/Sneak Peeks. We implement each asset into PC or VPC or clip or Slideshow and make playable video. This menu allow user to select various options like play movie, select various audio and subtitle those are present in the disc.

Responsibilities

Evaluation and analysis of the project. Understand the MIS/BOM for region specific, Disc id, Assets details. Collect assets from Burbank server, Aspera and copy it in local drive. Participate in new methodologies of implementing the assets with correct UOPS in order to meet

client specifications Implement logic based on the client requirement. Querying PM or POD lead for doubts/missing assets or any project related issues. Updating work status in DL3 (OMS link) After receiving jar from BDJ author, mux the project with required changes in BDCMF properties,

File system, add parasites. Testing the disc functionality, checking the disc flow based on the respective client before

submitting build for QC. Submit build for QC with AACs/Non AACs images and reports required for QC to perform

linear/navigation task. Resolve verifiers (Sony/Panasonic) or cinavia errors. Prepare Shipping packages, Client Specific Backup, Deluxe Tape Backup I have received Excellence award. I have delivered successfully live projects of Disney, Fox,

Warner Brothers, Universal and London clients. I have received appreciation from the PMs for Disney and London clients. I have done training for new HDMV authors in our department and easily lead a client. Communicating with the onsite Client and PMs is the best part.

QC Engineer

I have also worked as QC and Menu QC (Navigator) for BD Disney/Paramount client and subtitle QC for 3 years. I have received EQC award for most menu QC bug fixed and Excellence award for consistently exceeded expectations with regard to the work. The achievements include, but are not limited to, delivering files of superior quality in a timely manner, helping the team out by taking on extra tasks during peaks in production and doing the same for other teams.Good knowledge in identifying maximum possible Scenario for the requirements and exposure to convert scenarios into Test Cases and Execution of Test Cases. Performing Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Compatibility Testing. Performing Localization Testing using transmaps, WDS, specs, MIS, Preparing and Validating Test cases. Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc. is in the business of traditional and digital cinema post production services. Clients include major motion-picture groups such as The Walt Disney Company, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, Warner Bros. and Lionsgate. The Ecosystem of Media and Entertainment includes Production, Post-Production, Distribution, Asset Management, Marketting & fulfillment, Subtitling, Foreign titling, Content Delivery Network. Subtitling software ‘Babel’ has been designed specifically for the theatrical distribution market. Subtitling services department will take translated files (which can be supplied in virtually any format) and perform a full confirm and Quality Control (QC) service, ensuring the final result on screen will be of the best quality available. These files can be exported for any theatrical format - 2D, 3D, HFR or 35mm film. All subtitle files go through the same QC process, regardless of the physical end product, ensuring the most accurate and consistent results across multiple format releases.Our 2D and 3D subtitling workflows have been developed to allow us to manage a large volume of work in a short period of time, to accommodate increasingly tight deadlines, without compromising on quality.Authoring is also done here. All the movie assets are collected like video, audio and subtitles and a complete movie is created with the help of tools/software like Blu-Print 6.5 version and Scenario.It is an interesting field of work.
