VPN access agreement need to be signed by user approved by Department head prior granting access

User had options to use CWS web access using token or RDP to workstation to use CWS CMS application

Hotspot device with secured connection setup provided with Surface Pro. It also allows multiple devices connected to the same wifi.

Surface Pro device is managed by County using GPO’s and Scriptlogic Antivirus and Cisco Iron Port for Outlook installed on the deviceCounty credentials required to login (Surface Pro, VPN, RDP)CWS workstations are encrypted (McAfee Agent)Users are only allowed to RDP to their assigned workstation

• Internet connection will show limited once VPN connection is established

• Connect to workstation using RDP

• Once logged in users can now access County network drives and CWS CMS application
