The Participants
The Kingdom Men group is comprised of men from various cultures, age groups, and faith experiences, including formal and informal
(home-based) faith communities, as well as pre-Christians who have not yet made commitments
to a faith walk.

The Instruction
The workshops, led by Pastors within the Kingdom Men Ministry, are taught from “world-class” curricula, developed by two of America’s most respected evangelical leaders: Dr. Tony Evans and Dr. Robert Lewis.

Workshop, Fellowship, & Service
1. The Program incorporates two exciting activities designed to generate interest and encourage participation from men of all ages: A young men’s spiritual Step Show and a study of the Bible from its original text. (targeted for July and August, 2020, if safe to do so).
2. The formal program start is planned for Sept.19, 2020 (if safe to do so).
3. The workshops are planned for once per month (Saturday mornings), for two hours each. A continental breakfast or light lunch will be provided.
4. A men’s fellowship will be planned for once per quarter, in lieu of the scheduled workshop.
5. A men’s service project will be planned for once per quarter, in lieu of the scheduled workshop.
6. A full calendar of events will be provided to each participant at the onset of the program.

Prospective Service Projects
1. Maintenance of the Bateman Center (cleaning, repair, painting, etc.)
2. Mentors for men released from prison
3. Mentors for teens on probation (must pass background check)
4. Development of a community garden

FundingThe Kingdom Men Project is designed to be self-sustaining
1. Participation in the Kingdom Men Ministry is funded through member donations (not mandatory), donations from the faith-based community, grants, and fundraisers.
2. All books and other student materials will be provided to participants, regardless of ability to pay.
3. All service projects will be funded by member donations (non-mandatory), donations from the faith-based community, grants, and fundraisers.

Organization Structure
1. Kingdom Men Ministry is organized and managed by a group of five men, representing the five churches within the original founding group.
2. Kingdom Men Ministry is supported by the Pastoral leadership from each of the five founding church groups.
3. Men of all ages, faith experiences, and cultures are welcome and encouraged to join and participate fully with the Kingdom Men Ministry.
4. Kingdom Men Ministry can and is expected to grow to include men from additional church groups from the surrounding area, until such time that a second group is needed to accommodate member growth.
5. The formal structure and operation of the Kingdom Men organization will be specified in the founding bylaws and standard procedures document at the time the organization becomes official.
