New west side canopy is installed.

The new canopy is made of aluminum to match the original. Aluminum is also corrosion resistant for greater durability against weathering.

New lighting installed under the north side canopy. Aluminum canopy installation on the north side begins once the west side is complete.

New plants will cover the Jackson Street structural wall.

The grand staircase is scraped down to prepare for new terrazzo tiles. Original marble walls are still in great shape.

New staircase and elevator mechanicals erected in the attic level, or 4th floor.

HVAC vents and lighting installed in the new baggage room. Terrazzo floor is now exposed.
