All rights are conveyed directly from the US Government to the inventor. In return, the inventor grants a royalty free, non-exclusive license to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the life of the patent.

Since then, there have been: 200 applications 133 files open 25 in chemical field 108 in electrical/ mechanical fields
